Volunteers are needed in 3 basic areas:
In addition to these areas, students are able to earn volunteer hours by collecting necessary supplies for Schott Communities (school supplies, holiday items, etc.)
Process for Becoming a Schott Volunteer
Prospective volunteers may call us at 954-434-3306 to speak with the Volunteer Coordinator, Maria Peredo, or email volunteer@schottcommunities.org. Upon completion of an interview and application forms, the volunteer can be placed. Because of the nature of our mission and the population we serve, adult volunteers for Schott Communities programs are required to have background checks and to be fingerprinted prior to volunteering. We cannot provide court-ordered hours.
