The Calendar of Events for Schott Communities demonstrates the agency's adherence to its Mission of service to persons who are deaf or disabled.  Some events are held in direct response to the Mission:  Schott Summer Literacy Camp, St. Jude Picnic, Volunteer Appreciation, Children's Christmas Party, and the art shows. 

Other events are fundraisers in support of the Mission, such as Tennis Event, Holiday Craft Show and Bake Sale, Just One Big Party, and the 5K Run and Walk.  Regardless of the purpose of a given activity, all events are intended to be enjoyable and community-building.  All events are open to anyone who wishes to participate.  Check back often for other fundraisers as they are scheduled.

The Annual 5K Run/Walk is set to take off from the Schott Center and wind through Southwest Ranches, on Saturday, October 23, 2010.  Keep checking back for details regarding Registration and the event plans.
